Fern Lea is a superb, detached bungalow in the quiet seaside village of Nolton Haven on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, ten miles from St. Davids. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - one double with patio doors to private verandah, one double with en-suite shower, basin and WC and one twin ( 2 x 2'6" bed) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. There is also a main bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen leading into a sitting room with log burner, and a conservatory with dining area. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, along with off road parking for three cars. With a sandy beach just two minutes' walk away, and wonderful walking to be enjoyed on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Fern Lea makes a great base for a seaside holiday in South Wales.

Gas central heating with log burner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for log burner available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owners occasionally stay at the property with their dog, which has been specially bred not to moult. Note: No hen/stag parties.Note: Check-in at this property is at 4pm. Note: No mobile reception at the property, but there is signal normally a couple of mins walk in either direction depending on mobile provider. |
